Where do you think the market is going?

That is the number one question I am asked by both buyers and sellers.  The market has heated up again as it does this time every year.  I have seen many buyers out shopping but they are being a lot more specific on what they want and of course they want a deal.  Many sellers are also hanging on too the price they want.

Have you checked to see what size house you can buy if the interest rates go up?

How long will you pay rent(someone else's mortgage) before you buy?

How must of the hype do you believe?

An optimistic look is not always bad?

The real estate market has ups and downs throughout history but it always go up.
