I wish I had a crystal ball The market is changing daily just like the stock market. For many of us who have been around for over 20 years, this is just another cycle in the market. The market will recover from this cycle but when or how longer will this last. This is one of the questions I get everyday.  People are still buying but as we all have seen the lenders have become very strict with their guide lines for loans.  This makes it harder for first time borrowers or people with lower credit scores. It can still be done just ask!!
